During the HL7 Interim Tooling Committee two days ago, several people ask
that the MIF Release 1 schemas be posted n the Tooling Project site.  These
are the schemas against which the current V3 Generator is creating files and
they are the basis for MIF files released as part of Normative Editions 2005
through 2007.
