A technical correction to the prior V3 Generator release has been posted at:

The previous release contained a vocabulary source file that generated an
invalid vocabulary schema. The current release changes to a valid
vocabulary release, and the most recent (November) RIM release. There has
been NO change in the style sheets and functions of the generator. A
subsequent release that adds functionality to the V3 Generator is expected
in the next few weeks.
