new release of RoseTree

This is the most current release of RoseTree, which builds R-MIMs and HMDs for the Version 3 demonstration. This will INSTALL RoseTree.exe on your system, works with the published, R-MIM-enabled repository. It will also install Microsoft's MSXML4 (if this is not already on your machine) to perform XML extracts from Repository.

这是最新的Rosetree，用于示范在V3版本的中构建R-MIMs和HMDs。

连接是由HL7组织发放，应该不会存在病毒问题
