healthcare transactions 翻译成 医疗行为？

特别是transactions这个词应该怎么翻译啊？transactions应该算是一套不可分的操作吧。

“Healthcare transactions” is a pretty big “concept” that encompasses many aspects of health insurance, patient information management, physician-patient interactions and many others. For a short list, take a look the following as examples:

Medical claims --- 医保审报
Electronic remittances --- 电子(网络)汇付
Eligibility inquiry and response --- (医保) 资格讯息
Claim status inquiry and response --- (医保) 状况讯息
Health Services Review request and reply --- 提请医疗服务评估及回复.


So… translating it as “事务” is not a bad idea.

可能需要context来定义，在计算机语言中，transactions不仅是“事务”的意思，更包括了对事务的处理。所以healthcare transactions，我认为翻译成“医疗健康事务处理”更贴切原意。

上海IHE组织在作IHE汉化的时候专门就此问题作了讨论。但我忘记讨论到最后他们怎么翻译的。医院管理学-信息管理分册也有专门对healthcare transactions的解释，可以查查。

我也觉得挺难翻译的，因为内涵很广。平时用也都不翻译，抱歉只能给你"渔"而非"鱼"了。

一方面要看语言环境翻译，另外一方面，相同的语言环境下的翻译要确定下来，大家都用。不然始终是个混乱的名词。

比如说NHS，到现在我也不知道怎么翻才最权威，结果连自己每次翻译都是很随机的。这样不应该哦。
